About Us

AnZa BRAND STORY

AnZa was founded by two passionate women- Anita and Zaheera – who came together with one dream: to share the flavors of their roots through a brand that celebrates authenticity and culture.

The name AnZa carries their identity and vision – a beautiful blend of their names, symbolizing friendship, partnership, and purpose.

What makes AnZa truly unique is its celebration of two rich food traditions:

  • Zaheera’s Hyderabadi heritage, known for its royal Biryani, Mirchi ka Salan, and soulful curries.

  • Anita’s Karnataka roots, famous for flavorful vegetarian delicacies, wholesome meals, and rustic recipes passd- down through generatations.

Together, they weave these traditions into a menu that is both diverse and soulful, offering the depth of Hyderabadi spice with the warmth of Karnataka comfort.

At AnZa, food is more than a dish – it’s a story of friendship, culture, and passion on a plate. Every serving carries the promise of authenticity, care, and flavor that “dil ko choo jaye.”
